DEPOSITS:

A 25% deposit of the total cost of the puppy is required to reserve a puppy
pick and the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the puppy. The
deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another litter or
sale/purchase. The puppy will not be considered or labeled as "reserved"
until the deposit is received in full to PREDOMINANT PITBULLS, INC.. The
buyer/purchaser will make their pick when the puppy is 7 weeks old. The
total cost for the puppy is due to PREDOMINANT PITBULLS, INC. when the
puppy reaches 6 weeks of age. If the total cost for the puppy is not paid to
PREDOMINANT PITBULLS, INC. before the puppy has reached 7 weeks of
age, then the buyer/purchaser may lose their pick on the litter in which they
originally had a pick reservation.

PICK UP:

If a puppy/dog is being picked up from the facility of PREDOMINANT
PITBULLS, INC. the puppy/dog must be at least 7 weeks old. The total cost
for the puppy/dog is due to PREDOMINANT PITBULLS, INC. upon pick up. If
the puppy is reserved, the deposit requirements are still in effect.

SHIPPING:

***Shipment of a puppy/dog is an extra $350.00 for shipment within
theunited states. International shipping costs and costs for shipping
puppies/dogs over 10 weeks of age are subject to verification***

If the puppy/dog is being shipped it must be at least 8 weeks old. The total
amount (shipping + cost of puppy/dog) is due to PREDOMINANT PITBULLS,
INC. before the shipping arrangements are to be made by PREDOMINANT
PITBULLS, INC. to the buyer/purchaser at the agreed upon airport able to
take live cargo and at the most convenient time available. The puppy/dog
will be shipped by "pet first travel" through "delta airlines". Payment of the
total amount will be done with and when the "UKC Registration Application"
of the agreed uponpuppy/dog is delivered to the buyer/purchaser by
Fed-Ex or UPS on a "COD" (check on delivery) arrangement. Only cashiers
checks (certified check by the bank) and money orders made out to
PREDOMINANT PITBULLS, INC. will be accepted. If the puppy is reserved,
the deposit requirements are still in effect.

FIRST PICK BIDDING:

First picks will be up for bid until the puppy reaches 4 weeks of age. If the
first pick puppy is "reserved" then it is priceless and will not be available
for that breeding. A minimum starting bid will be posted on the breedings
page and at the close of the bid a deposit will be due to PREDOMINANT
PITBULLS, INC.. If the deposit is not paid in full to PREDOMINANT
PITBULLS, INC. within 3 days after the closing of the bid, then the first pick
may go to the next runner up. The deposit on first picks will be 50% of the
total closing bid. Bids will be posted and updated every other day. Deposit
requirements will be in effect.

SALES AND PURCHASE POLICY WITH PREDOMINANT PITBULLS, INC.

All sales and purchases are as is. There are no refunds and all
sales/purchases are final. PREDOMINANT PITBULLS, INC. is not
responsible or liable for any puppy/dog sold once it is in the possession of
the buyer/purchaser.
